Ob'ectives and Actlmties The Trustees have read the Charity Commisslon guidance on public benefit and are Satisfied that the activities described below clearly demonstrate that the charity is providing a beneflt to the public In order to fulfil the aims and purws of the CIO as stated above, an initial variety of activities have been undertaken to provide the operational basis for the charitable purposes written atme. The Trustees, res sibilities The Trustees are responsible for all matters of the CIO, both the finance and work of those who are designated as holding positions of responsibility. The Trustees met three times in 2025. These meetings are formally recorded, and these records are available for inspection by the Charity Commission. Achievements and Performance The CIO has measured the success of its ministries durin8 the second year of its existence as continuing to establish foundation for future efforts. The CIO continues to hold regular meetings for its trustees. The CIO has established further financial giving mechanisms including Just Giving Grow plan and stsnd3rdi2ing gift aid forms.

The CIO became a partner with Global COnnerti￿￿. a collection of Christian Ministries across the UK. The CIO trustees discussed a number of potential W.A.S.H. projects to finance in Mala*fj. Thi5 includes: The possibility of manufacturing the Afridev Centraliser, a new product that significantly increases Afridev performance for rural African hand pumps, in the UK The installation of LifeLatrines, a new plastic liner for pit latrines, in Malawi The installation of LifePumps, a lo￿ lasting handpump, in Malawi. Afrldev Rehabilitstion in Malawi using new long lasting components to enhance the longevity of the pump. The trustees also met wth a number of Potential financial and/or technical partners includin8 Smith Engineering of Maryp)rt and St. Davids Assemblies in St. Davids Wale5. The CIO continued to work towards the possibility of UK rnanufacturing Afridev Centralisers made from Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene for W.A.S.H.
