IW.A.S.H.l The purpose shall be undertaken in a manner that is consistent with the Statement of Faith that is set out as an appendix to the constitution. Ob'ectives and Artivities The Trustees have read the Charity Commission guidance on public benefit and are satisfied that the artivities described below dearly demonstrate that the charity is providing a benefit to the public In order to fulfil the aims and purposes of the CIO as stated above. an initial variety of activitie5 have been undertaken to provide the operational basis for the charitable purposes written above. The Trustees. res onsibilities The Trustees are responsible forall matters of the CIO. both the finance and work ofthose who are designated as holding positions of responsibility. The Trustees met three times in 2024. These meetings are formally recorded, and these records are available for inspection by the Charity Commission. Achievements and Performance The CIO has measured the success of its ministrie5 during the first year of its existence as establishing a funrtional foundation for future efforts. The CIO has established regular meetings for its trustees. The CIO has set up a bank account for its activities. The CIO'S trustees have approved financial controls to govern all aspects of the financial operations of DO UK.
The CIO has established a Reserve Policy of having £5LX), which is included in our unrestricted funds. The CIO has somefunds with which to engage in Communications with the General Public as it moves forward. The CIO has a web site for its public facing attivities and established a link to a 'just giving account,. The CIO has a 'just giving accouny established in its name. The CIO had a stand at a summer public event (David's tent) to gauge interest in its activities The CIO has started to explore the possibility of manufacturing items for W.A.S.H. activities in the UK. Structure Governance and Mana ement Design Outreach UK is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation. As such it is solely run by its Trustees (presently 61. with the desire of having 'volunteer partners.. who can aid in the work described above. Administrative Information Design Outreach UK has as its registered office at 4 Wulfruna Gardens, Wolverhampton WV3 9HZ and its website is http://www.designoutreach.org.uk Design Outreach UK Charity Re8lStration Number is 1204140 The Trustees who have senled from when Design Outreach UK was first registered on 20 July 2023 and approved by the Charity Commission on 28 July 2023} and 31 August 2024 are as follows: Rev.
