**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE ARTS FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY THE PROVISION OF THE TEACHING, PLAYING AND PERFORMING OF STEEL PANS FOR PERSONS AGED 4 AND ABOVE LIVING IN THORNBURY, SOUTH GLOUCESTERSHIRE, AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, BRISTOL, STROUD AND GLOUCESTERSHIRE.

**Activities:** Panache Steel Band is based in Thornbury, South Gloucestershire. Panache started in 1994 at The Castle School, Thornbury, and has since become community based. As well as the main performing band, who performs both publically and privately, we run a variety of community-based steel band groups for different ages, as well as one-off workshops at local schools and other organisations.
