The Ashley Pavilion CIO 2024 Report to the AGM

The Ashley Pavilion Trust (“Trust”) is running in parallel with the Ashley Pavilion CIO (“CIO”) due to various utility contracts and the Trust lease ownership with the Parish Council. The process for shutting down the Trust and moving all operations to the CIO is planned to complete in 2025. In the meantime, the charities will be run in parallel with the Trustees the same for both charities. The bank accounts for the Trust were closed in 2024 and all monies were moved to the CIO at the same bank.

There were no accounts for the CIO for year ending 2023 and therefore nothing to report in that regard for the 2024 AGM.
