**Activities:** For the benefit of the public in Kent to reduce the suffering of rescue dogs in need of care andattention and to provide and maintain rescue homes or other facilities for the reception, care, andtreatment of such dogs; To promote human behaviour towards dogs. To educate the public so far as possible in matters pertaining to animal welfare in general and the prevention of cruelty and suffering.
