Charity Overview:
The Morpeth BBH Youth Project is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation which is registered with the Charity Commission. The Hall is owned by the Parish of Morpeth and held in trust by the Diocese of Newcastle.
The Charitable Objectives of the Charity are :
To advance in life and help young people in Morpeth and the surrounding areas through (a) The provision of recreational and leisure time activities provided in the interest of social welfare,designed to improve their conditions of life; (b) Providing support and activities which develop their skills, capacities and capabilities to enable them to participate in society as mature and responsible individuals; (c) Providing a youth centre whereby leisure time activities can be delivered.

2. Activity During 2025
During 2025 the trustees, a dynamic group of people drawn from Morpeth Parish and the wider community, have been working on developing fundraising applications to grant awarding bodies. There have been encouraging discussions with two funders in particular and we are now in the process of submitting applications.
Meanwhile there has been increasing interest in using the Hall for youth activities even in its current state. A maths tutoring company and a martial arts group are new users of the Hall.
