**Objects:** TO RELIEVE SICKNESS AND POOR HEALTH AMONGST PEOPLE LIVING IN GREATER LONDON BY PROVIDING A LOCAL REHABILITATION CENTRE FOR CLIENTS WITH LONG-TERM MENTAL OR PHYSICAL ILLNESS  TO ASSIST IN THE TREATMENT AND CARE OF PEOPLE SUFFERING FROM LONG-TERM MENTAL OR PHYSICAL ILLNESS OR IN NEED OF REHABILITATION AS A RESULT OF SUCH ILLNESS, BY THE PROVISION OF APPROPRIATE FACILITIES, EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES THAT PROMOTE HEALTH, NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY LOCAL AUTHORITIES

**Activities:** To assist in the treatment and care of people suffering from Long-Term Conditions by providing appropriate facilities, equipment and services that promote health and independence. We offer clients with LTC's Hydrotherapy services such as Aquafit and Aquarobics. Hydrotherapy is commonly used to support clients recovering from conditions including joint replacements, fibromyalgia, arthritis & stroke
