One trustee resigned during the year due to personal circumstances.

The charity is managed by its board of trustees who are responsible for strategic decisions and oversight. Trustees meet as required to ensure good governance. 

## 4. Objectives and Activities 

The Green Line’s objectives, as stated in its governing document, are to promote environmental awareness and sustainability. The trustees confirm they have complied with their duty to have regard to the Charity Commission’s guidance on public benefit. 

## 5. Activities and Achievements 

During this period, the charity had no income and did not undertake any activities due to the absence of funds. The removal of a trustee also impacted operational capacity. However, the trustees have maintained the legal requirements to keep the charity in good standing. 

## 6. Future Plans 

The trustees are planning to raise funds and relaunch activities in the next financial year. The focus will be on securing donations, engaging with local communities, and restoring operational stability after recent governance changes. 

## 7. Financial Review 

The charity received no income and incurred no expenditure during this reporting period. The closing bank balance as at 20 April 2024 was £0.
