ACHIEVEMENTS AND PERFORMANCE
Charitable ac¢lvltl•s
Vve are grateful to share Ihal IBBC ha8 been officially registered as a charity. last yèar of 2022, and wè have seen stea(ty
growth in our community. From an inf(ial att•ndancÈ of 30 adults and 8 children, we are now blessed to hav¢ an ¥vera9e t)f
65 adulls and 15 tsenagers attending regularty. Additionalty, 1¢>15 peopla join us onlin8 èach Sunday via our live
broadcasts.
We are also thankful for the rfiversily in our congregation. Two English nationals now attend our services on a Semi￿gUIar
basis, adding to our vlbranl communrty. Another 2 Black African family. One particularfy inspiring member is a dèar sigter in
Christ who faithfully attends every Sunday. and bringing her personal nurse every Sundsy, desprte being wheelchairknund
and liwng in a care home. She is transported by the Gare home's V8h￿Ie and is always accompanied by a nurse. Ovar b"me,
she has brought different nurses with her. and on s6vèral occasions. her ftsur thildren have joined as well. In resp￿$￿, we
have arranged a Bible study 81 their hcTrme. and her eld&8t son has nijw started attending church with h8r regularly.
Our Sunday School has also expertenced grtswth. with 14-16 children participating each week. Due to this increase. we nèed
1argor Spa￿. a8 we now divide the Sunday Sthool into age groups to better cater to the thildwn's needs. In addition. our
community has been blessed wrth new life.181 eight ol our young profe86ional nurses have recentty giv6n birth. and 8nt)thèr
three are praying ts babies this year.
Fèbruary 2025: Va¢atlon Blble S¢hool
Our annual V8Cation Bible Sthool in February 2025 was a tremendous su¢c8ss, 50 Childr￿ In attendance. These
thildren came from the surrfxjnding naighbourho￿5 near Southampton General Hospital. The program ran forlhree
hdf-days during the week, offeNng the children an enriching experience during their sthool breal They enjoyed Bible
stories, engaging gam•s, and singing Gospèl music. We also provided snacks and lunch for all 50 children, supported by a
dedicated team of 15 staff members, indudlng Gooks, drivers, and teachers.
Note.. As a resurt of DVBS 2025, Gcvj has adi1od anolhw family tsf four14} in our church. They are a Chrithan family back
homè in the Philippines_ Their children Angelo 14 yr. old and Marie 10 yi. old was ow filst b.rno viyftor5 in Vacation bible
Schod.
We are truly thankfijl for all the blossings and growth we are 6xperiencing at IBBC, and we look fo￿￿rd to what God has in
store for us in thè coming year.

In May 2025, we held our2nth IBBC youth comp in tre New FoTesl. Dospito the rain, it was gn iwKrpdible experience for our
young people. They 3penl lirne leaming BiLle stories, playing tradib.onal Fill￿n0 games, building friendships, arKI enjoying
fdl¢)wship. Our young profo5sionals. many of whom are nurses working al Southampton Gener31 Hosprtal, generously took
three days of annual teave to teath and assist atthe Gamp. The church provided meals for 37 teenager8 and 12 volunteer
staff, ensuring the camp mel governmént h•ath 8nd s818ty standards. This memorable ev•nt brought our youth together i

the coming years.
Last August 2025, we had a church famity ¢amp in Devon jDined by fellow churches fro)m London and Leed3. We have an
attendance of 150 campers, with guest paslors from the Philippin&s preaching and teaching Go(fs Vvord tts our teenagers
and the w¢Jer congregation. This camp has bo8N a ts"m8 01SF￿ntual refreshment and fellowship.
We are also blessed to see our churth bgwming incre83ing￿ diversp, with a growing number of attendees from Blad( and
Minority Ethnic IBMEI Communitie5, particularty from Africa. IBBC is truty a mulb*thnic and vibrarrt congregation: refiecting

In linè with our ¢ommitmenl lo vA￿l¢-I1￿ disdpleship, our small groups have evofved into what we now call Sunday School.
These groups aim lo nuthre and chall¢nge parti￿Pants to bg intentional disciples in every area of life. This shtfi is reflected in
the dedical'on of our volunteer Bible counsellors and Sunday School teather6. We currently have 1&20 individuals trained
and equipped in evangelisrn and counselling vtho activety engage in follow-up8 and visi18tyon $ach week, helping to grow an¢J
strèngthan our ejynrnunity.
Bible College on Line
We are excited to announce ow registration as satellite Bible Colleg& he￿ in th¢ UK, from our IBBC Main IrL￿ San Leandro
Califomia. We wll be 8tsrb.ng by January 2(r26. As of now we hava prospective students that are showing int￿$t.
Fellowshlp
We have a regular Sunday Worship service also indudes our Sunday school. After the $etvi¢e. rt has been a cultural 8nd
good pra¢tice 81rn05t every Sund8y, Our rnèmbÈrs wll bring food to shara to each other, that way we have a good fellowship
wlth our favourilg foods on the tabio.
After lunch our mernbers ￿11 get ioady and piastire ¢hoir in preparations for our Nursing homes. residential homes, serenade
thatwe render free to share the spirit ol Christmas to our reirees and senior Cbtizen.
Both our Ladies, and Men's groups. whieh have sami regular in fomis of basketball and badminton or billiards. 11 is
very popular among those aged 3￿0. These gatherings serve both 18llowship and rnissional purposes. providing a
welcoming en￿ronmer)t whèrÈ the g¢>spél eAn bè sharèd. Severa noNChristI￿ women re9ularly attend the Ladies, group,
rellecting the OLrtrÉacJ) poténtial of these meetings.

Chlldr¢n and Famity's Mlnlstry
Ourwork with Ghildren up to the age of 16 rernains an integral part of our churdys fflission. Through the dedication ol our
vOl￿teer Bible counsellors and teachers, we continue to conduci Bl￿e studies. follow-up8. and horne visits. Our goal is lo
encwrage and nurture our young participants by equipping them with billical kno%￿edge and inspiring them to attend church
and Sunday S¢hotsl. Additionally, each ye& we host ¥ Vacation Bible School IDVBSI during the February school break, a
tradititsn we have upheld Sin￿ the church was founded in 2011. We have also established a monthly Young People's
Fellowship on Sunday afterrM)ons, providing another opportunty lor our youth to grow in farth and f8llowship.
Soclal actlon
Our thurch has a robust social action program, which has exparded 519nifi￿n1IY sinTr we recendy re9islered as a Charitable
IncorForated Organisation ICIOI. Even befDre offirial regislralion. we were actively engaged in Social and charitable work,
aThJ this remains a key aspect of our ministy. Many of our churth mernbers are heallhcarg professionals working al thg
University Hospital of Southarnpton or as care workers. and they generously provide both Practical, spiritual and emotional
supportto those in need within our community. Thi$ indudes visth.ng elderfy individuals who are hou8ebound. 3ssi8ting
moth•rs with young chiklren. and offering transportation for hospital appointments and other essentid needs.

volunleerlsm is a COTnerstone of our community, enabling US to advance ow objectives with both dedication and efficiency.
The financial outcomes for the year, along with a summary of our accounting polici&s, ar8 ouuined in the accompanying
rinancial stslemenls. As part of our financial stewardship, ￿ adhèrè10 8 Reserves Poli￿ designed to tnaintsin >6 mtsnlhs
oloperating expenses, approximatèly £3,500 per month, resulting in a target range of £30,000 to £40,000 in our
AcwTnul8led Fund. A balance falling below £45,000 would prompt a thorough review of our final￿la1 strategy, The Trustees
have rec6ntly remewed this wliw and are confident that our reserves, combinad with projected income, are more than
adgquate lo ensure the Church operat@s 8ffedivÈly in the coming year.

the year ahead.
