TAR Marth 2012 Section D Achievements and performance The charity has experierKed a change in tts pmgramme and projects- the goal remains the same. Construction work had begun on a site in October 2024 to reftjrbish and convert an old building into a gym. However, this consumed finances and the business plan review&d by trustees proved this would not be financially sustainable. Parallel to the build the Patron Tery and the trustees were keen to work with more children in the community. Sessions at NYCC o)ntinued and new sessions were intrOdU￿d in primary schools coaching small groups of year 6 pupils. At the end of the academic year July 2025 the pupils Ignite Foundation had introduced lo boxing exercise sessions had tumed a leaf in their behaviour and leaming. Teachers and parents were delighted by the positive impact these sessions had on the young students. Ignite Foundalion ceased the gym projecl and rolled oul a new programme which takes boxing exercise session directly to the young PeO￿e. Worknng with primary schools the sessions are offered for free to Schools in the Enfield Borough. This change in ￿￿S highlighted the public benefft to bringing free bO￿[}g to schools that are undef resourrEd, provide children a￿$$ to free fitness, improving their mental and physical he81th. Trustees agreed that this VRS a more sustainable project that would have a direct impact that would benefft the communty.
