Section D
Achievements and performance
During this reporting period, the CIO has been dormant, as the trustees
have been negotiating a new lease for the land currently used by
Medstead Lawn Tennis Club, for which the lessee will be the CIO. This
has been a protracted pro￿sS, and by the end of this reporting period,
the lease has yet to be signed by the landlord. This has meant that the
CIO has not yet tsken over the running of the tennis club, and hence the
CIO has a zero financial return.

the ageing floodlighting will be repla￿d with more efficient LED lighting,
