We are pleased to present Henna Foundation's Trustees, Annual Report for the financial
year 2024/25. Established with the aim of women empowerment through social, education,
skills, health initiatives, this year has we started doing some activities.
This report outlines our key activities.

by providing or assisting in the provision of education, training, health, and all necessary
support designed to enable individuals to generate sustainable income and be self-
sufficient.

As a new CIO we are still working on establishing the organisation and we worked on some
activities focused as below.

4. Key Activities & Achievements (2024/5)
During the year April 2024- March 2025, Henna Foundation successfully delivered a range
of activities advancing our charitable aims.
Key Achievements:
Hosted Chai & Coffee Mornings for connection and confidence-building.
Organised a Women's Trip to Parliament to promote civic participation.
Celebrated International Women's Day and other women-led events.
Mental Health Awareness Walks
Held cultural celebrations (Pitha Uthshob, Bortha Party, Eid Celebration)
Delivered the Pink Ribbon Bangladesh 2025 Project providing essential breast cancer
awareness & education to women in underserved areas.
Contributed to supporting flood victims.
Developed relationships with;
Guild Care Worthing,
Amal Foundation,
Amana Foundation,
World Cancer Research Fund,
Chester University,
NHS East Sussex,
Worthing Homes, and
Doctors Worldwide.
4.2 Networking
We continue networking with public sector and voluntary sector organisations and bodies to
build alliances and work in collaboration.
4.3 Future Planning for Impact
Launch initiatives for engagement and learning and confidence building, health and
wellbeing, skills development, breast cancer awareness.
Support health and wellbeing programmes in Worthing, West Sussex and throughout the UK
if possible. Build partnerships with organisations that share our mission.
5. Financial Summary
As expected our financial activities were minimal, reflecting the early stages of
development.
During the reporting period:
Total Income: £6466.00
Total Expenditure: £5250.91

Surplus Carried Forward: £1215.09
All funds were applied to charitable purposes, supporting our objects.

Strengthen strategic partnerships with NHS England, public health teams, and universities.
7. Conclusion & Acknowledgements
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our trustees, volunteers, and supporters who have
contributed to the foundation as it takes small steps towards achieving its primary objects.
