## Objectives 

The purposes of the charity, as set out in the governing document, are: 

- To advance the education of children from disadvantaged backgrounds in the UK by providing free or subsidised private tutoring lessons, primarily in English and maths. 

- To advance the education and training of young people under the age of 25 with GCSEs in English and Maths by providing training and employment experiences that develop communication and teaching skills. 

## Review of Activities 

During the reporting period, GENtutors did not undertake operational activity or deliver charitable services. 

Trustees took no active steps toward programme delivery and focused on maintaining the charity in good standing while considering future direction and capacity. 

## Achievement and Performance 

No charitable activities were delivered during the year and there are therefore no performance outcomes to report. 

## Financial Review 

The charity had no income or expenditure during the reporting period. 

No fundraising, grant applications, or financial commitments were made. 



## Governance 

GENtutors is governed by its trustees. 

There were no changes to trustees or the governing document during the year. The charity continues to operate without a Treasurer. 

## Plans for the Future 

Trustees will continue to review whether and when it is appropriate for the charity to resume activity, taking into account capacity, governance, and sustainability.
