**Objects:** TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN FROM DISADVANTAGED BACKGROUNDS IN THE UK BY PROVIDING FREE OR SUBSIDISED PRIVATE TUTORING LESSONS (PRIMARILY IN THE SUBJECTS OF ENGLISH AND MATHS) AND TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF YOUNG PEOPLE WHO HAVE GCSES IN ENGLISH AND MATHS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 BY PROVIDING TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT EXPERIENCES THAT PROGRESS KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS IN COMMUNICATION AND TEACHING
