azal Charitablc Trust CIO is a not-for-profit organisation with a
governing constitutional document.
Management of the affairs of the charity is directed by a managemenl
committee which meets twice a year. The charity may appoint and
detLrmine the appointment of a trustee who is not a member of the
management committee, for the purpose of managing the projects for
the charity. Trustees are chosen from persons who have requisite
skills in managing finances and government.

OBJLCTIVES AND ACTIVITir.s
Fazal Charilable Trusl CIO, a family run orgyanisation was ofticially
regyistered in July 2023. Rooted in compassion and a cominilment to
uplift cominunities, the Trust has quickly bL'Lome a source of hopc for
disadvantag)cd individuals and animals. Since its inception, the Trust
has established its pritnary base in Mirpur, Azad Kashmir
(Pakistan) a placc close to the family's heritage. With a focus on
addressing immediate needs such as food, shelter and spirilual
support, Fa7al Charitable Trust CIO is making a tangible difterence in
Ihe lives of"many.
THE MAIN ACTIVITIES
The Trust operates in a working-class neighbourhood in Mirpur, a
region with significant economic challenges. Its basc is dedicated to
serving some of the most vulnerable members of the community,
includinLY needy individuals, labour workers and stray animals.
Daily Mcals and Shelter: The base provides evening meals to
those in need, catering to a capacity of 250 people evcry day.
This is achieved with the help of a newly installed kitchen,
equipped to handle large-scale food preparation.
Support for stray animals: In addition to helping people,
Fazal Charitable Trust takes care of many stray animals in the
arca. The Trust provided food to local stray dogs and cats,
ensuring they receive the care and sustenance they otherwise
lack.
Staff and Siii)plics: The kitchen is stat-fed by two full-timc
chLt-s, Mohib and Wajahal, who work diligently to ensure
quality meals are served. Groceries are sourced locally,
supporting small businLsses in the area whilc maintaining the
freshness and affordability of ingredients.
Spiritual Support: In addition to food and shLlter, the base
