**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT OF RESIDENTS OF BARLEY AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS TO PROMOTE COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION, BY THE PROVISION OF SUSTAINABLE FACILITIES FOR PLAYING THE GAME OF TENNIS. THE CIO ENCOURAGES PLAYER DEVELOPMENT AND THE ENJOYMENT OF TENNIS BY PROVIDING AFFORDABLE MEMBERSHIP AND ACCESS FOR PLAYERS OF ALL ABILITIES IN A SAFE AND FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT.

**Activities:** Barley Tennis Club (CIO) in North Hertfordshire facilitates and promotes community participation in healthy recreation, by the provision of sustainable facilities for playing the game of tennis. The CIO encourages player development and the enjoyment of tennis by providing affordable membership and access for players of all abilities in a safe and friendly environment.
