The Trustees holding office during the year weie appointed al the inception of Wain Foundation and were instrumental in establishing the Foundation's strategic objectives and key policies. They were provided with essential documents. including the goveming document, the Foundation's Grant Making Guidelines, the Conflicts Policy. and the Charity Commission's guidance on trustee duties. The Trustees meet quarterly to oversee governance. granl-making, and compliance.
