Cloven Tongues of Fire Ministry UK (CTOFM UK) is a religious Charitable Incorporated Organisation established to advance the Christian faith and promote community well-being for the public benefit.
The trustees confirm that they have had due regard to the Charity Commission’s guidance on public benefit. The charity’s activities are open and accessible, intended to benefit individuals and communities through spiritual support, education, empowerment, and the promotion of positive values that contribute to social and personal well-being.
Building on the foundational work undertaken following its registration in July 2023, the charity has transitioned from an establishment phase into delivering public-facing activities aligned with its charitable purposes.
Activities during the reporting period
During the reporting period, the charity focused on delivering charitable activities that advanced faith and promoted well-being, primarily through online engagement.
Online Christian Conference
The charity organised and delivered an online Christian conference designed to advance the Christian faith through teaching, prayer, encouragement, and the sharing of Christian values. The conference offered participants opportunities for spiritual growth, reflection, and learning, thereby contributing to their emotional resilience and personal well-being.
Online Skills Empowerment Event
Additionally, the charity hosted an online skills empowerment event aimed at promoting community well-being. This event aimed to equip participants with practical skills, confidence, and encouragement to support their personal development, employability, and self-sufficiency.
Across both events, approximately 80 individuals participated . The online format enabled broad access and inclusion, removing barriers related to geography, mobility, and cost.

Public Benefit Impact
The trustees believe that the charity’s activities during the year delivered clear public benefit by:

Financial Report
During the reporting period, the charity received total income of £500 , primarily through donations.
Expenditure was modest and related to essential costs incurred in delivering online events and supporting the charity’s operations.
The charity ended the year with a small balance, which will be carried forward to support future charitable activities in line with its objects.
Structure, Governance and Management
Its constitution governs Cloven Tongues of Fire Ministry UK as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation.
The trustees are responsible for the charity’s governance, strategic direction, and financial oversight. They meet regularly to ensure that the charity operates effectively, lawfully, and in
furtherance of its charitable purposes. Trustees serve voluntarily and receive no remuneration.

Future Goals
In the coming year, the trustees intend to further develop the charity’s work by:
1. Evangelism and Christian Teaching

Hosting additional prayer meetings, conferences, and teaching sessions.

Celebrating key Christian festivals and providing faith-based resources to the public.
2. Pastoral Care and Community Outreach

Expanding pastoral support and prayer-based engagement for individuals and communities.

Delivering outreach activities and empowering resources that promote social and spiritual well-being.

Supporting and collaborating with other Christian ministries where appropriate.
3. Skills Development and Poverty Relief

Developing further skills empowerment initiatives aimed at personal development and resilience.

Exploring opportunities to address the prevention and relief of poverty through signposting, partnership working, and, practical assistance (where possible).
The trustees remain committed to growing the charity responsibly, ensuring that all activities continue to provide demonstrable public benefit.
