## **– CLOVEN TONGUES OF FIRE MINISTRY UK Activities (July 6, 2023 March 31, 2024)** 

Since the formal registration of the charity on July 6, 2023, the trustees have remained dedicated  to  fulfilling our  core  objectives:  advancing  the Christian  faith and promoting community well-being. Over the past ten months, we have worked diligently to establish the foundations of the charity and ensure its smooth operation. The trustees have met weekly to define the charity's structure, open a bank account, and assign key responsibilities to our dedicated members. 

## **Charity Registration** 

Cloven Tongues of Fire Ministry Uk **(** CTOFM UK) was officially registered on July 6, 2023, marking the beginning of a new chapter in our mission. 

## **Activities During the Reporting Period** 

In the period following registration, we focused on establishing the charity's internal framework and expanding our community presence. Key activities included: 

- ●Organising administrative structures to ensure the charity operates effectively and efficiently. 

- ●Onboard and welcome new volunteers into the organisation. 

- ●Assigning responsibilities to key members to ensure clarity in roles and duties. 

- ●Developing and launching our website to increase visibility and accessibility. 

- ●Conducting internal training for volunteers, familiarising them with our vision, aims, and objectives. 

- ●Engaging prayers for the well-being of our local communities. 

## **Financial Report** 

During the period under review, the charity did not engage in any financial transactions or receive funds. As such, the financial balance remains £0. 

## **Looking Ahead** 

We are excited to build upon our foundational core objectives and values in the coming year, having successfully laid the groundwork for the charity’s operations. We aim to make a positive impact in our community through the following initiatives:

## 1. **Evangelism and Christian Teaching** 

   - ○Hosting prayer meetings and broadcasting messages with an evangelistic and educational focus. 

   - ○Celebrating  religious  festivals  publicly  and  providing  literature  enlightening others about the Christian faith. 

2. **Pastoral Care and Community Outreach** 

   - ○Providing pastoral support within the communities we serve, with a focus on enhancing social well-being. 

   - ○Organising community outreach events, creating empowering resources, and supporting other Christian ministries in their missionary activities. 

3. **Poverty Relief and Financial Assistance** 

   - ○Addressing the prevention and relief of poverty by offering grants, goods, and services  to  individuals  in  need  and  collaborating  with  other  charitable organisations dedicated to alleviating financial hardship. 

We are excited about the opportunities the coming year holds, and we remain committed to fostering faith, supporting our community, and helping where needed most.
