**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO ADVANCE PUBLIC EDUCATION AND APPRECIATION OF THE ART OF OPERA IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY:A) PROMOTING PUBLIC OPERATIC PERFORMANCES, RECITALS AND WORKSHOPS;B) THE PROVISION OF TRAINING AND WORKSHOPS TO PERFORMERS/ARTISTS, AND PARTICULARLY YOUNG PERFORMERS/ARTISTS TO ENABLE THEM TO CREATE WORKS OF ARTISTIC EXCELLENCE.

**Activities:** For the public benefit, we promote public operatic performances, recitals and workshops; and we provide training and workshops to performers/artists, and particularly young performers/artists, to enable them to create works of artistic excellence.
