TO ADVANCE PERFORMING ARTS FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY PROVIDING DANCE ANDPERFORMING ARTS CLASSES FOR PEOPLE WITH LEARNING DIFFERENCES AND DIVERSEABILITIES.FOR THE PURPOSE OF CLAUSE 3, ‘LEARNING DIFFERENCES AND DIVERSE ABILITIES’ MEANSPEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN DIAGNOSED, OR ARE RECOGNISED, AS HAVING LEARNING, MENTALAND/ OR PHYSICAL DISABILITIES.NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THECIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH [SECTION 7 OF THECHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005] AND [SECTION 2 OF THECHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008].

**Activities:** We provide opportunities for individuals with learning differences and diverse abilities to feel empowered, to be supported and to have a sense of belonging. We do this through the provision of dance classes and workshops with a base in commercial dance, and by supporting our dancers to take part in performances throughout the year.
