Summary of the objects of the charity set out in its governing document
The Object of the CIO is, for the public benefit, to relieve the needs and distress of those persons living or working in Warwickshire and the neighbourhood thereof who have been the subject of rape or sexual abuse, in particular (but without limitation) by:-

the provision of information, support, and assistance to individuals who have been raped or sexually abused and their partners and families in such ways as the trustees decide;
-
liaising within the community with individuals, groups and organisations to promote the work of the CIO in an effort to prevent further rapes and sexual abuse;

obtaining help and support where needed through close contact with local government authorities, health services and voluntary organisations; and
-
promoting awareness in the subject of rape and sexual abuse and its effects on the individual, family and partners, whether physical, psychological or social, thus potentially helping create an increasingly safe environment in Warwickshire.
