Letter from the Trustees – Trustees Annual Report (TAR) – Period ending 5[th] April 2025
To accompany the submission of our online annual return, we are writing to outline the current position with the trust established in July 2023.
For the period to which this return relates to, we as trustees are still in the forming stage of our trust supporting infrastructure, governance and activities. As a result there has been no financial activity relating to the trust within this period. This includes no money in or out of the trust nor activity relating to securing funding.
It is intended that once we have everything in place within the trust we will commence such activities and report accordingly.
To support our work to build out the trust and create its own policies and procedures we are working with a charity registration consultant to establish these and only once we have these in place will any financial or other activity begin and we can take things forward in line with the intention of the foundation.
We will report again at the next annual return as to the progress made and a more detailed summary of any activities we have carried out.
We would be pleased to discuss or correspond around any further queries that the Charity Commission may have in relation to the actions we are undertaking in the interim.
