**Objects:** 1. THE PROMOTION OF EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY PROVIDING EDUCATIONAL AND WORK EXPERIENCE INITIATIVES TARGETING GIRLS AND WOMEN ATTENDING SCHOOLS, COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES DESIGNED TO ADDRESS THE UNDERREPRESENTATION OF WOMEN IN THE ENGINEERING INDUSTRY. THIS WILL ALSO BE PROMOTED IN ON-LINE EVENTS, CAREER FAIRS AND OTHER ACTIVITIES THAT PROMOTES THE PROFESSION TO WOMEN, WHERE IT IS UNDERREPRESENTED. 2. TO ADVANCE EDUCATION ACROSS THE UK IN THE SUBJECT OF ENGINEERING. ACTIVITIES IN FURTHERANCE OF THIS WILL INCLUDE: A. EDUCATIONAL EVENTS IN PRIMARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOL AIMED AT, IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY FEMALES; B. RAISE AWARENESS AND PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL EVENTS IN EQUALITY, DIVERSITY & INCLUSION WITHIN ENGINEERING INDUSTRIES - WITH A FOCUS ON GENDER; C. PROVIDING AN ON-LINE PRESENCE PROMOTING EDUCATION FOR ALL IN ENGINEERING.

**Activities:** SheCanEngineer works to address the gender gap in the engineering industries. Activities include:Educational events in primary and secondary school aimed at, in particular, but not exclusively females.Raising awareness in diversity, equity  & inclusion within engineering industries - with a focus on gender.Providing an on-line presence promoting education for all in engineering.
