Herefordshire Expedition Group (HEG) is a UK-based charity dedicated to providing young people with a transformative and fulfilling experience in a challenging environment. Founded in 2005 by Giles Smith and Andy Preedy, HEG has been creating life-changing opportunities ever since.HEG is committed to offering young people from all walks of life the chance to participate in one of our expedition
Objects: To Advance In Life And Help Young People Aged 15-19 In Hertfordshire Primarily Through:(a) The Provision Of Opportunities To Take Part In Expeditions And Experiences;(b) The Provision Of Recreational And Leisure Time Activities Provided In The Interest Of Social Welfare, Designed To Improve Their Conditions Of Life;(c) Providing Support And Activities Which Develop Their Skills, Capacities And Capabilities To Enable Them To Participate In Society As Mature And Responsible Individuals.
