ended 31 August 2024. The financial st8tem8nts have b88n prepar8d in accordance with the
accounting policie5 set out in Note 1 of the account5 and comply with the Foundation'5 trust
deed, the ChErities Act 2011 and Accounting and Charities Statement of Recommended Practlce
and Financial Reporting Standord FRS 102.
Objectlve5 and activities
The objective of the Foundation is to promote the education, including social and physic81
treining, of girls and boys In Greater London. and In particular to support and maintain schools
operated by St. Paul's Girls, School.
The Trustees may 8180 pursue the objects of the Foundation by supporting ¢harit8ble
partnershlps supported by, and bur50ries provicled by, St. Paul's Girls, School.
Achievemerrts and performance
The Foundation was dormant until 31 May 2024, when its first donation w£s received. Since 31
May, the Foundation ha5 raised E126 from five donor8.
In due course. the Foundation is expected to become the main vehicle for fundraising associated
with St Pauls. Girls, School.
Financial revi8W
No transactions took place until 31 May2024, when the Foundation's first donation was received.
Sinc8 31 May. a furth8r four transactions have taken pL8ce, raising £126 in total trom five donors.
The only expense items were for tr8n58Ction fees associated with donations received via the
Stripe payment p18tform.
In due course, the Foundation is expected to become the main vehicleforfundraising associated
with St Pauls, Girls, School.
Structure. governance end management
The Foundation was constituted as Chaiirable Incorporated Organisation ICIOI Foundation, a
body corporate under Part 11 ol the Charities Act 2011, on 28 June 2023. The CIO registered with
the Charity Commission on the s8me d8y.
Statement of Trustees, Responslbilities
The Trustees are responsible lor preparing 8 Trustees, Annual Report and financial st8tements in
accordance with applicable law and United Kingdom Accounting Standards (United Kingd(>m
GenerallyAccepted Accounting Practice).
The law applicable to charities in England and Wales requires the Trustees to prepare fin8ncial
statements for each year which give a true and fair view ol the state of affairs ol the Foundation
and of the incoming resources and application of resources, ol the Foundation for that period. In
preparing rhe financial statements, the Trustees are required to=

Make judgements and estimate5 that are reasonable and prudent.,
State whether applicable accounting standards have been followed, subject to any

presume that the ch8ritywill continue in businèss.
The Trustees are responsiblefor keeping properhecounting records thatdisclosewith reasonable
accuracy * any tlme the financial position of the charity and to ensble them to ensure that the
fin8ncial statements complywith the Chaiities Act 2011, the applic8ble Charities IAccounts and
Reports) Regulations, and the provisions ol the Trust deed. They are also responsible lor
safeguarding the assets of the Foundation and taking regsonable steps for the prevention and
detection ol fraud and other irrogularities.
The trustees are responsible for the m8inten8nce and integrity of the Foundation and fin8nci£l
information included on the Foundation s website in accordanee with legislation iri the United
Kingdom governsngthe preparation 8nd dissemination of financial statements.

J Basis of prèp8r8tion
The 8ccounts have been prepared under the historie81 cost convention with items
recogni5ed gt cost or transaction value unless otherwise stated In the relevant notelsl to
these accounts.
The accounts have been prepared in 8c¢ordance with the Statement of Recommended
Practice.. Accounting and Reporting by Charities preparing their accounts in 8c¢ordance
with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland IFRS
1021 issued on 16 July 2024, and with the Charities Act 2011.

and the risk to which it is exposed, the Trust88s are satisfied th8t it 15 appropriate tTr
prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.
cl Income
Income is recognised in ihe Statement of Financial Activities ISOFAI when th$ charity
becomes entitled to the resources,. il is more likely than not thai the trustees will receive
the resources., and the monetary value can be measured with sufficient ieliability.
Giants and donations are only includ8d in the SoFAwhen the g8n8ral income recognition
criteria are met.
Legacie5 are included in the SOFA when receipt is probable, that is, wh8n there has been
grant ol probate. the executors have established that there are sufficient assets in the
estate and any conditions attached to the legacy are either within the control of the
charity or have bèèn met.
dl Tax rec18ims on donations &ndgifts
Gift Aid receivable is included in incom8 when there is a valid declarstion from the donor.
Any Gift Aid amount recovered on a donation is considered to be part of that gift and is
Ireated as an addition to the same fund 8S th8 initial donation unless thg donor or the
terms of the 8PP8al have specified otherwise.

Th15 is included in the Bccounts when receipt is probably and the amount receivable can
b8 measured relisbly.

O Governanc& and support costs
Support costs hav8 b6en allocat8d between governance costs and other support.
Governance Costs comprise all costs involving public accountabibty of the charityand its
compliance with r&gulation and good practice.
Support costs include central function5 and have been allocated to activity cosi
categories on 8 basis consistent with ihe use of resources, eg allocating property costs
byfloor areas, or per capita, staff ¢osts by the time spent and other costs by their usage.
