Ob ectives and activities
To advance the Christian faith in Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire in
accordance with the charity's statement of beliefs. To establish a
partnership of bible-centred churches in Dorset, Hampshire and
Wiltshire, working together to strengthen church leaders, equip Christian
believers and advance the gospel of Jesus Christ through planting and
missions.

The main activities have been based around our three aims., lo
strengthen leaders, equip believers and to advance the gospel.
Strengthening Leaders
We held two partnership meetings this year aimed at church leaders and
leadership teams. Welcoming experienced speakers, we have explored
suffering as a church leader and building a healthy church. We have
sought to grow friendship and belonging through these meetings

Equipping Believers
The Bible training course has continued for a second year, with some
first year participanls continuing and others joining. In the second year,
we have seen 25-30 students attend. They meet on a Tuesday evening
fortnightly, in term time.
Advancing the Gospel
We have been prayerful partners of a church plant in Blandford
(Riverside Church) and continue to pray through other options in the
region.
We have been able to advertise a few events across the partnership and
look fotward to joining together for a period of mission, A Passion For
Life.

Achievements and performance
We continue to achieve a real partnership where church leaders sense
common goal and purpose in their work. Genuine friendships of love and
en¢ouragemenl continue to develop and grow.

during the year
Through Ihe Bible Training Course we have drawn 45+ people from
¢Jifferent churches in the region and begun to affect their understanding of
and appreciation of the Bible.
We have influenced local churches lo think more about working together
in the region and influenced them too with members who think more
learly and knowledgeably about the Bible.
We have grown our contacts with churches in the area and spread our
reach of influence through existing networks. We are becoming
established a viable and useful partnership of gospel minded chur¢hes.

the trustees time to respond to unexpected needs.

The Wessex Gospel Partnership was Registered as a Charity in June
2023, starting with zero funds. The first accounting period was 17
months long, with a combination of gifts, church membership and training
ourse fees the year ended with funds of £4,305.
Receipts in the current year were £6,811 and as in the previous year
receipts were primarily from Training & Church Partnerships.
Payments in the year were £2,455 with half of this training expenses.
Training income precedes expenditure, so with the financial year-end in
November, 2 of the 3 temis expenditure for the training year fall into the
2025126 financial year.
Funds at the financial year*nd were £2,653 in a Lloyds bank charity
current account and £6,008 in a Lloyds deposit account earning a small
amount of interest.
