The club continued to strengthen its reputation as a key community sports organisation within Bridgend. ## 5. Safeguarding & Welfare Bridgend Swim Club remains committed to maintaining the highest standards of safeguarding. - A designated Welfare Officer is in place - All coaches and volunteers are appropriately vetted - Safeguarding policies are reviewed annually - Any safeguarding queries or incidents are dealt with appropriately and, where required, in liaison with National Governing Body safeguarding representatives ## 6.
