The trustees have paid due regard to guidance issued tythe Charity Commission in deciding what activities the ch8rrty should undertake. ACHIEVEMENTS AND PERFORMANCE In ourfirst year as 8 ch8rlty, we took in 8 total of 323 cats and kittens. a mixture of domestic148%1 stray131%] andf8ral121%1. Permanent homeswere found for 186. and 84 went to foster homes to await their new family. We currently have at our rescue 12 FIV cats. 42 farm cats, 12 domesti¢ cats and 18 kittens. Awaiiing space. we have a backlog of 30+ farm kittens and mums, 6 forever cats and 4 cats trom th8 public. waiting to come in. We have 15 fostereTS. some ofwhom undert8ke long-term fostering and some who take multip18 cats and kittens. Page1 of2

We have also accommodated several SEND school students. offeringthem an 8ltematNe work experience placement. Duringthe pastyearwe have increased our capactywith the erection otfour new outside field pens. These are for farm. Feral, semi teral and FIV residents to give them as normal a life as possible whiLst they are with us. We are currently planning to build a new double pen to house older residents and unhomed youngercats. Our Flvcats live in their own pen so they can enjoytheir twilight years peacefully with us. FINANCIAL REVIEW The charity held cash in the Bank of £914.56. au of which are unrestricted funds. Detaits otfunds materiaity in deficit are not applicable.
