**Objects:** TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PUPILS OF ERMYSTED'S GRAMMAR SCHOOL, SKIPTON BY (A) CREATING AND MAINTAINING A NETWORK OF ALUMNI OF THE SCHOOL AND (B) USING THIS ALUMNI NETWORK TO RAISE FUNDS TO CONTRIBUTE TOWARDS CAPITAL PROJECTS AT THE SCHOOL, AS WELL AS PROVIDING FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES, CLUBS AND SOCIETIES AT THE SCHOOL.

**Activities:** We raise money through our network of alumni to support current pupils and facilities at Ermysted's Grammar School in Skipton.
