religion and relief and care lor the disabled. The charity has given due regard to the Charity

Financial review
The Iruslees relain reserves as necessary and where appropriate. conSol￿ale funds in order lo finance
the operation of the Charity, and to make payments as appropriate.
Reserves policy
The trustees ensure that the charity has sufficient reserves to cover anlicipaled oulgoings. In addition
the trustees have received undertakings from local supporters lo cover any deficit should such

As the directors of the company land also its directors for the Purposes of company lawl you are
responsible lor the preparation ot the financial statements in accordance with the requirements ol the
Companies Act 20061.lhe 2006 Acl'l.
Having satisfied myself that the accounts ol the company are not required lo be audited under Part 16
ol the 2006 Act and are eligible for independent examination. I report in respect ol my examination ol
the charity's accounts as carried out under section 145 01 the Charities Act 2011 I'lhe 2011 Acl'l. In
carrying out my examination I have followed Ihe Directions given by the Charity Commission under
section 14515llbl ol the 2011 Act.

Current assets and current liabilities are subsequently measured al the cash or other

recognised in income and expenditure. All other such investments are subsequently measured al
cost less impairment.
Other financial inslrumenls. including derivaltves, are inilialty recognised at lair value. unless

that is not a market rate, in which case the asset is measured at the present value ol the future
