## Report of the Trustees 

The Charity was incepted on 23 June 2023. The trustees present their annual report and financial statements for the period 23 June 2034 - 31 August 2024 and confirm they comply with the Charitable Incorporated Organisation (Foundation Model) Charities Act 2011. 

## Board of Trustees 

Dr Mohan Subbiah Mr Vijay Narayanan Mr Sriram Chokkalingam 

The Trustees give their time freely and receive no remuneration or other financial benefits. 

## Objectives and Activities 

To advance Shaivite Hinduism for the public benefit in the UK and worldwide in particular but not exclusively by: 

(a) providing Hindus and followers of Hindu religion, a Hindu temple consistent with traditional south Indian style. 

(b) encouraging existing and new devotees of the Shri Kasi Viswanathar (UK) Temple through regular worship at the temple. 

(c) advancing the faith of Shaivism in the wider community by offering regular services of rites and rituals. 

(d) to promote and teach Indian languages and cultural activities as a practical outworking of faith in the community. 

## Review of Progress and Achievements 

The charity was granted charitable status by the charity commission on 23 June 2023. The charity’s open source of income is through donations.
