ANNUAL REPORT AND ACCOUNTS FOR THE PERIOD 23 June 2023 to 30 September 2024 

The Charity Commission made an Order on 23 September 2023 authorising the transfer of assets and liabilities from Charity 513701 to Charity 1203705. However there remain a number of legal issues to resolve in respect of those assets. Advice of the Charity Commission has been sought. Charity 1203705 therefore did nothing during the reporting period but remains in abeyance until the legal issues in respect of the assets of Charity 513701 are resolved.
