L&M foundation will work towards advancing health or the saving of lives, relieving sickness and providing health education or sickness prevention by making grants to organizations, providing services, providing education/advocacy/information, sponsoring or undertaking research, professional trainings and providing comforts, services for underprivileged communities in the UK and globally.
Objects: 1. To Promote And Protect The Physical And Mental Health Of Sufferers Of High-Risk Pregnancies, Spontaneous Labour, Small And Sick Newborns And Malnourished Children In The United Kingdom For The Public Benefit Through The Provision Of Financial Assistance, Support, Education And Practical Advice.2. To Advance The Education Of The General Public For The Public Benefit In All Areas Relating To High-Risk Pregnancies, Spontaneous Labour, Small And Sick Newborns And Malnourished Children.3. To Preserve And Protect The Health Of Patients Of The Neonatal Intensive Care Units For The Public Benefit By Providing And Assisting In The Provision Of Facilities, Support Services And Equipment Not Normally Provided By The Statutory Authorities. To Advance The Education Of The Public In Health Care By The Provision Of Lectures, Fora And By The Publication Of Newsletters Devoted To Healthcare.4. To Advance Such Charitable Purposes (according To The Law Of England And Wales) As The Trustees See Fit From Time To Time In Particular But Not Limited To Advancing The Health Of Women And Children For The Public Benefit By Making Grants And Awards To Healthcare Ngos, Research Partners Including Universities And Government Partners Like NHS.
