communlty. Our fundraising efforts this year have concentrnted on the purchase of the Items Ilsted
above. as well as cOMp￿1r￿4 the fundraising for the largest projert the Friends of Cheam Common
has worked on, namety the resurfacing and refwKing of the Multi Use Game Area {MUGA) at Cheam
Common Junior Academy ICCII. Due to the scale of the project. the Trustees applled for a variety of
grants from the wider community and engaged even more closely with parents within the school to
identrfy altemth sources Uffundi￿ ratr￿rthan rEIy 501ety on donattons re￿1￿1 in the course of
the u5uoI artivities hosted by the tharity. We are pleased to report that this resulted in the receipt of
corporate match4undlng arn￿nt￿￿ to nearly £24,IJXI. The project was successfully cornpleted In
2025. Due to the success ofthe fundrdising elfrmts Obvthe ￿r, we were also able to fvrO the
