**Objects:** FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC TO RELIEVE THE SUFFERING OF DOGS AND CATS IN SERBIA WHICH ARE IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION AND, IN PARTICULAR, TO MAINTAIN AND SUPPORT RESCUE FACILITIES FOR THE RECEPTION, CARE AND TREATMENT OF SUCH ANIMALS AND TO PROVIDE THESE FACILITIES FOR SUCH ANIMALS WHILE ACTIVELY SEEKING NEW HOMES FOR ‘RESCUED’ ANIMALS.

**Activities:** For the benefit of the public  to relieve the suffering of dogs and cats in Serbia which are in need of care and attention and in particular, to maintain and support rescue facilities for the reception, care and treatment of such animals and to provide these facilities for such animals while actively seeking new homes  for rescued animals. Undertake spay and neutering campaigns with local rescues
