Activities

We are a non audition amateur orchestra. We meet regularly during school term time of a Thursday evening for rehearsal from 7:30pm to 10pm at West Kirby United Reformed Church Hall, CH48 5DA. We perform two regular concerts a year - Christmas and summer with occasional charity concerts to help raise funds for other charities. We encourage friendship and support for each other through our music.

Objects: The Objects Of The Society Shall Be:1. To Advance, Improve, Develop And Maintain Public Education In, And Appreciation Of, Theart And Science Of Music In All Its Aspects By Any Means The Trustees See Fit, Includingthrough The Presentation Of Public Events;2. To Provide Facilities Which Promote The Practice Or Enjoyment Of The Art Ofmusic For Recreation Or Other Leisure Time Occupation And To Make Them Available In Theinterests Of Social Welfare To Individuals Who Have Need Of Such Facilities By Reason Oftheir Youth, Age, Infirmity Or Disablement, Financial Hardship Or Social And Economiccircumstances Or For The Public At Large With The Object Of Improving Conditions Of Life.
