Para 1.17 and 1.19 |
We work with local music organisations with the aim of advancing the musical education of the public, primarily in Middlesbrough and Tees Valley, to provide musical engagement and learning opportunities, and fnancial support, for people of all ages, abilities and backgrounds. Key partners in setting up the charity are Musinc and the Tees Valley Music Service who are both representedwithinour Trustees. |
| We know that music has the power to change lives for people of all ages and backgrounds, and that the process of making and engaging in music activities can contribute signifcantly to increased wellbeing. Funding for music activities is increasingly hard to get. The new charity will make use of our efective partnerships to both raise more funds and increase the profle of the great music activities that already happen across the Tees Valley. |
