Discussed the years’ performance and how to move forward in 2024/25. Candy and Tibby Trust is one of the few cat rescues specializing in stray and feral cats. The main focus has been helping the cats in the Wrexham area, raising awareness of the importance of neutering and microchipping, fundraising, and co-working with other local rescues. Sadly due to the lack of volunteers and current volunteers having to step back due to serious illness and work commitments, another push is needed to recruit more people who can regularly commit to fundraising, cat fostering, scanning found cats, Trustees, etc. The rehoming rates have decreased dramatically since the beginning of 2023 and adoption inquiries have been very low, especially for adult cats.
