This slates that there musl be al least three trustggs. The maxirnum number ol Iruslees is six.

years from Inco￿oratIOn. One la chalilable loundationl was appointed for a period ol two years from
Incorporailon.
The ITusle8s have a range ol relevant skills and expenence. They include a professor ol music. a
lawyer and corporate finance specialist, a former director ol the British Council lor Wesl Africa, a
tormer s8nSor industry execullve and two prominent rnuslc educators.
The Iruslees meet quarteily, usually via video conlerence, lo dlscuss, Tnonilor and approvg the allairs
ol the Charity.
The Charity has a Chalr and a Vico-chalr who deal with day-lo-day mallers on behalf ol Ihe Iruslees as
they arise. They work closely with the executive team, comprising the Charity's Director, Alice
Popplelon, and its Producer. Frances Leilh. Victoria Kane was appointed as the Charitys Adminislralor
aller th8 end ol Ihe financial year lo whlch these accounts relate.
The Charity's Direclor an(J Producer ensure propel adminislralion and record keeFN'ng lor Ihe Charity.
They also oversee the day-to-day opgralions ol the Charlly, organislng the hiring ol venues and
professionals Ilaislng with Ihg schools and universllS86 lo Implement the Charlly's objectlves.

DufSng the 2024-25 financial year, the Charity worked closely wlth sludent practitioners from Brislol
University and, lor the IiTsI limg. Royal Holloway Huniversily IRHUI lo deliver the projecl. The 18am
wotheé dlreclly with 19 students, four schools and elghl teachers. Through pertormance assgrnbligs, il
reached al least 637 children. The Charity's team expanded with the addition ol one workshop leader
and one project manager.
In this IlnancSal year, RHU came on board as a'pockel. university, providing a number of students who
inlegraleé wilh the Bri810l Unlversily dellvery programme. FIHU will te loinSng as a lull participant in the
2025-26 linanclal year.

Dellvery, Achbevements and Performance
Delivery lo the Universitias and schools lollowed the Charitys established pallern ol a Iiv8-leclure
programme lo studenls followed by direct engagement with pupils al parlicipaling primary schools.
Ovor the Course ol Ihe academic year, relationships were built betW88n slud8nls and pupils al
participating schools.
The year culminated ￿th the Charliy's annual festival at the Victoria Rooms kn the UnSversity ol Bristol
in which school children, 51udenls, teachers and professionals participated in a p8rformance which
show-cased their achievements and success.
Data and feedback are are collected on the programme whlch, year-on-year, has demonslraled the
positIv8 impact on pupils al rural primary Schools, students and teacher5. In particular, 188dback
showgd a subslanlial increase In musical confidence and awareness ollinl8resl in Op￿rtunitieS
associated with going to universily.
The success tsl the Chailty was recognised al the Music and Drama Education Awards 2024, wherg
the Charity was 'Highly Commended" as "Excellent in PrimarylEarly Years" The judges slated that
'Ihis project was innovglive in lorglng links between Universities and schools - to Iheir rnulual b8nelit
and they were irnpressed with ils unique approach, commitment and polenlial lor growth"

As In the wevious year, the Charily was primarily luntled through the tlnancial year ty The Inoram Hill
Foundation Ilhe IHFI. Funding Irom the IHF was scheduled lo scale-down during the 2024-25 linancial
year, A new principal lunder, a private loundalion, has been idenlilied which generously started lo
contribute funding from the middlè ol the 2024-25 linanGial y9ar. This loundalion has Golnmillgd lo
scal8-up ils support during th8 2025-26 financial year. The trustees are exlrernely gratglul both lo Ihe
IHF and lo the Charitys new principal lunder lor thelr generosity and SUFPOrt.
Bristol University and Royal Holloway University supported with resources, includino support wilh
IoGislics and procuring DBS checks lor sluLlenl praclilion8rs, A small amount ol 8UPPOrt was also
provided by corporate and Individual sponsors. Each year, Schools are asked lo make a modest, fixed,
onlribulion to costs.
The Charity's funding was limited lo a slrlcl budget. As planned il was possible lo start lo twild
reserves dunno Ihe 2024-25 Iinancial year in line with Ihe Charity's reserves policy.
