The objects of the CIO are: 

1. To prevent and relieve poverty and hardship in the UK and Afghanistan by providing direct financial aid, essential items, and welfare support to individuals in need; to empower charitable organisations in the UK through grants and collaboration; and to advance education for disadvantaged communities _._ 

2. To provide grants, scholarships, educational materials, and other support to advance the education of children living in poverty in Afghanistan. 

3. To promote social inclusion and better integration of members and disadvantaged communities within UK society by providing community support, guidance, and opportunities for participation in civic and social life. 

4. To preserve, promote, and celebrate cultural heritage for the public benefit through the organisation of cultural and community events, including but not limited to Hazara Culture Day, Nowruz (New Year) celebrations, and other cultural activities. 

5. To advance employability and career development for members by organising workshops, online language training, CV writing sessions, interview skills training, career guidance, mentoring, and by sharing job opportunities and professional experience.
