Objects: The Object Of The CIO Is To Advance Such Charitable Purposes (according To The Law Of England And Wales) As The Trustees See Fit From Time To Time In Particular But Not Limited To Advancing The Orthodox Jewish Religion And The Advancement Of Education In Accordance With The Orthodox Jewish Religion, The Relief Of Sickness And The Preservation And Protection Of Good Health And The Relief Of Poverty, In Particular, But Not Limited To The Jewish Community Of Southend And Westcliff.nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For The Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With [section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (scotland) Act 2005] And [section 2 Of The Charities Act (northern Ireland) 2008].
