## **Charitable objects** 

The objects of the charity are for the public benefit; to advance in life and help children and young people living with a long term condition and/or disability and their families, primarily but not exclusively through: 

(a) the provision of recreational and leisure time activities provided in the interest of social welfare, designed to improve their conditions of life which include improvement in health and well-being, and; 

(b) providing support, resources and activities which develop their skills, capacities and capabilities to improve their health and well-being to enable them to participate in society as independent, mature and responsible individuals. 

## **Financial information and Accounts** 

The Charity was registered on 13 June 2023 and there were no financial transactions in the period ended 31 March 2024: no charity income was received or expenditure incurred. A bank account was not opened in the charity name in the period. 

Hence, no Accounts are filed with this Trustees’ Report.
