Objectives & Activitie89 Achievements & Perfornianc& The objects of the trust are to advance religion by assisting in the reparation of the parish church of St Lawrence without Walmgate Bar in the City of York or to or f or any purpose having its object the due and effective celebration of Divine Worship in such church and f or such necessary and accustomed uses for tbe parish church of St Lawrence without Walnlgate Bar in the City of York and to assist in the SUPDorts repair and maintenance of the ancillary Church CoD]munity Hall and Church grounds. We are aware of the Charity Commission's guidance on public benefit and have taken it into account when making decisions. No grants were made during the period 14 December 2024 - 31 December 2025. At Dresent the PCC of St Lawrence is not seeking grants from the Church Estate. If the PCC do? the trustees will consider what financial help they ean Drovide towards the Upkeep of the buildings and mission of the church. However? the trustees feel that investment is needed in order to provide meaningful long-term support. The trustees are also investigating ways of fund raising to inerease the capital for the generation of income. )nan¢ial Review The total assets of the charity are in cash at the bank and stand at £39,989.74. The next accounting year will run from 1/1/26 - 31/12/26. The medium to long term Dlan is to invest the bulk of the funds. There is no reserves policy and there are no outstanding liabilities. We consider the charity to be a going concern. 3. Structureg governance & management The trust is a charitable incorporated constitution (CIO) and trustees are appointed by a resolution at a meeting• properly convened. of existing trustees.
