Seek Peace was Ineorpor8ted as a charity on 121h June 2023 with K8ren Wornef. Allst81r Slm and P8uI
Clark appolnted as trustees also on 12ih June 2023.
Seek P88ce's initial financl81 c8paclty has bgen derived by the fundraislng offorts of its founders.
Mlchaela and john Hodge who have been actlve in Christian pg8cebuildlngfor the18St elght ye8rs.
Michaela 8nd John are employed by Seek Peace with Ihe role3 01 Operations Dlrector and Impact
ServSe8s Manager respectively. Ai present they are the only employees of Stsek Pe8ce. The prlmary goal of
this flrst accountlngyèar h88 bèen to cast vision to supporters, churchtrs and prayer partners. We are
pleased to report that pievious personal supporters of Michael8 and John Hodge h8ve moved iheir
funding to Seek Peace.
In 2023.2024 Seek Peace was able io establish formol p8rtner$hlp ¥el8tionshlps with four ministries
working in Nigeria. Ghana, Southeast Lonoon and Leb8non.
Through our no.fee services tralning, and small Br8nts this year we were able to..
Support 7 inierfaith computer training centres for Christian and Muslim youth in conttict and
post-conflict communities throughout Plateau and Ad8m&wa States in Nigerla by supporting our
partner to

The trustees are pleased to report that 8fter 118 firstye8r Seek Peace has en unrestrlcted surplus 01
£9,966. Fund balances are shown in ihe statemeni of financlal 8Ctivities and more det8il Shown in the
rboies lo the 8ccount8.
Reserves pollcy
The Board of Trustees has established a policy ol holding 81 least three months committed expenijliure in
unresiricted net current assets (equivalent to approximaiely EIO,500 based on Current projections). As at
30, June 2024 unresiricled net current assets were £9.966. The trustees have set a long term target of 18
months io accrue this surplus. We are pleased to report that Seek Peace is on target io achieve this.
