**Activities:** HOPE is open to people living in Halton Moor &amp;amp; Osmondthorpe, Leeds. Our office &amp;amp; group facilities are based locally &amp;amp; accessible to all. Open five days a week &amp;amp; some weekends our activities promote social inclusion &amp;amp; include for example, Friendship, Craft Groups, Day Trips, Childrens Activities &amp;amp; an Annual Holiday. We also operate a Community Food Pantry &amp;amp; offer Advocacy as well as Signposting.
