Trustee's note

The trustee's would like to take this opportunity to appreciate and thank all of our donors, volunteers and members. We would not be able to carry out the mission and purpose of this organisation without your tireless efforts and contributions. A special thank you to our Youth Pastor, Ps. Samuel Mensah and our overseer Rev. Kelvin Barfour for all your sacrifices in advancing the Kingdom mandate.

For the year ended 31 Dec 2024, the trustees in office were:

As a result of all your efforts and assistance, we have been able to bring to an end a very successful year. Together we have birthed the vision of our Ps. Samuel Mensah to start the Elv8 UK movement. What started with a few people in our first meeting on 07th March 2022 has evolved into a movement where we are able to contribute to society and help build a better functioning world. Throughout the year our weekly fellowship, various events where we extended invitations to various professionals provided a platform for the community we serve to ask the burning questions facing our generation when it comes to Christianity and personal growth. The answers provided have gone a long way in helping people grow professionally, psychologically and spiritually.

Like anything that is birthed with purpose, we cannot lament on what has been a successful year and forget to plan for the future. Our immediate target in the next year is to obtain our charity number through registration as a CIO, this will enable us to obtain a bank account in the name of the charity and expand our mission to more individuals through our online platforms. We will also aim to finalise the Elv8 UK website where content of our annual program, weekly meetings, testimonies and general messages of encouragement will be shared and made available to the general public. We will aim to organise events, create platforms, host discussion that will lead to wider conversations and create that ripple effect needed to bring the hearts of the generation back to the Father.

With the continued support of our Trustees and leaders, we succesfully launched our annual "adullam Camp" this year. This took place at Letton hall in Norwich. Adullam is a significant biblical location, primarily known as the site where David sought refuge from King Saul and gathered a group of followers. We strategically named the camp after this biblical event to allow a platform for young people to find refuge from the continuous demands of society and spend quality time in Gods presence.
