The trustees have had due regard to the Charity Commission's guidance on public b￿er1E the above activities furthering the charity's purpose in this are& Achievements and Perforn]Ance Due to the successful fundraising drive in 2024 and continuing into 2025, the service was successfully rolled out to our first families working closely with valued Partners across the Care and Charitable sectors across the last 12 months. We are looking to continiie to roll out the service to further familieq as we head into 2026. Financial Review Reserves Reserves are held in a bank current account. The Trustees will continue to bear due regard lo the Charity's reseTh'es. At this point. in the view of the Trustees, the level of reserves is appropriate 10 meet the needs of the charity. Hoiiever. further fundraising Thill be implemenled as required. Review of Financial Position Reserves were increLsed as a r￿Ult of online donations. Current reserves are considered adequale to meet the lei'el of seTh'ice provided bul this will be kept under review in 2026. Structure, Governance and Management The charity was registered as a CIO - Foundation on 8 J￿e 2023. Overall management of the charity is provided by a commillee of Trustees.
