Acliievements and Performance This year represents Ihe Charity's initial year of operaling willi donations received and managed, which will allow the Charity lo further its charitable aims moving forward. Financial Review Reserves .Rcserves are held in a bank" currcnl account. The Charity is looking lo build up rescrves lo allow it to meet ils objectives. Review of Financial Position A fundraising event was held on 26 March 2024 following whicli a nuniber of donations were rcccived to build up reserves. Structure* Governance and Management Tlie cliarity was renistLred as a CIO - Foundation on 8 June 2023. Overall management of Ihe charty is provided by a comniittee of Trustees. Have satisfied myscl f th the financial staleiiients of the CIO are nol required to be audited undcr Part 16 of the 2006 Act and are eligible for an indcpendent examination. I report in respecl of my examinalion of Ihe CIO'S financial statements carried out under section 145 of the Charities Ad 2011.
