**Objects:** O PROMOTE SOCIAL INCLUSION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY PREVENTING PEOPLE FROM BECOMING SOCIALLY EXCLUDED, RELIEVING THE NEEDS OF THOSE PEOPLE WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED AND ASSISTING THEM TO INTEGRATE INTO SOCIETY.FOR THE PURPOSE OF THIS CLAUSE ‘SOCIALLY EXCLUDED’ MEANS BEING EXCLUDED FROM SOCIETY BY REASON OF FACTORS INCLUDING (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) UNEMPLOYMENT, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR NEEDS RELATED TO IMMIGRATION (IN PARTICULAR, THOSE RESETTLING IN THE LIVERPOOL CITY REGION FROM HONG KONG).To advance education and promote cultural heritage for the public benefit by preserving and sharing the history, values, and contributions of the Royal Hong Kong Regiment (The Volunteers), and by fostering intergenerational understanding, identity, and community cohesion among Hong Kong migrants in the United Kingdom.This includes, but is not limited to, educational talks, exhibitions, storytelling projects, commemorative events, and cultural workshops that explore the Regiment's legacy and its relevance to the migrant experience.

**Activities:** To promote social inclusion for the public benefit by preventing people from becoming socially excluded, relieving the needs of those people who are socially excluded and assisting them to integrate into society.
